Monday Meals With Mincie: Biscuits
2 cups flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup canola (or vegetable) oil
3/4 cup milk
1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2) Mix dry ingredients.
3) Add oil and milk.
4) Mix until thorougly moistened.
5) Roll into balls.
Mincie occasionally just rolled these into balls, by hand, which is what I did for this batch. Normally, though, she'd use a drinking glass to roll out the dough and the same glass also served as the biscuit cutter.
