Cottage Style Street Team Tulip Challenge on Etsy

The Cottage Style Street Team on Etsy seems to be my latest Etsy addiction but all the ladies are just so much fun, so talented, and so nice! Today, March 15, 2008, is the first team challenge and promotion. We've caught tulip mania and several team members have created items around the tulip theme. Search the words "tulip CSST" and you should be able to find the majority of the items this truly talented team has created.

The birdhouse, bust, and collage are just a few of the projects I created for this challenge.
They can be found in my etsy store here:

Meet Scarlett, Rhett, Marilyn, Betty, Bettie, and Frank

Meet my latest creations. I've never seen them anywhere else. These are available in my etsy shop at
I hope you love them as much as I do.
A good witch, a bad witch, and a girl named Dorothy will soon be joining the group.

I just received the nicest package in the mail today from Victoria at Estate Sale Treasures. Her shop can be found at As I was unpacking it and laying it out on my couch, I couldn't resist taking a picture of it. My couch, sadly, has seen better days but with two boys, ages 9 and (soon to be) 7, it won't be replaced until they're much older.

Victoria is a member of the Cottage Style Street Team on Etsy which is just one of the street teams I'm a member of. Search CSST for other cottage style treasures. I'm also a member of the Pittsburgh Etsy Street Team, Etsy for Animals, EcoEtsy, and Trashion teams.

Earlier this week, I received a lovely package from Cindy at JunqueArt. It was like getting a present in the mail as everything was wrapped so nicely. I was so excited about seeing the lovelies I'd ordered from her shop that I neglected to take pictures of it, but if you're looking for vintage velvet ribbon or vintage seam binding please visit her shop at Another of my favorite shop for supplies is Popalicioustoo. Please visit her shop at There are so many fantabulous (sometimes I have to make up words) sellers on Etsy it's hard to list them all.

My first blog

Like a baby, taking its first steps, I'm teetering my way through blog land. I enjoy writing and need to better promote my Etsy shop, so it seems to be a natural evolution to venture into this venue.

Please check back often as I will slowly be adding pictures of new projects, edible flower recipes, tutorials, and news about upcoming craft shows and fairs I will be attending.
